The Coaching Process

  1. Initial Consultation: We begin with a free 30-minute consultation to explore how coaching can support you. This is your opportunity to share your experiences, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit.
  2. Deep-Dive Assessment: In our first session, we dive deep into understanding the impact of ADHD on your life. We identify your unique strengths and the challenges you’d like to overcome.
  3. Goal Setting and Action Plan: Together, we set clear, achievable goals and create a customised action plan to help you reach them. We break down each goal into manageable steps to ensure steady progress.
  4. Regular Coaching Sessions: We meet three times a month, with each session focusing on specific strategies to address your ADHD challenges. You’ll leave each session with actionable steps and practical tools to implement in your daily life.
  5. Ongoing Support: Between sessions, I offer email and WhatsApp support so you stay connected and can adapt tools as your needs evolve.
